Overall great service BUT the CPO vehicle purchased and delivered without being concerns and made everything right. Thanks Lexus of Jacksonville! I've not received a voucher to get it professionally detailed locally to make it right as requested. Disappointing by Lexus standards and I'm on my 5th Lexus purchase. More
