The service seemed fine although I got charged for more hours of labor than my car was in the shop. Maybe more than one person works on it at a time. The cafe used to be really nice at Fields dealerships y hours of labor than my car was in the shop. Maybe more than one person works on it at a time. The cafe used to be really nice at Fields dealerships years ago, but not it is a bare minimum. I got my car serviced at lunch time and had to go eat afterwards because they gave me one of the skimpy is sandwiches I have ever seen. They told me the employees had barbecue brought it. Too bad the people who paid $50,000 for their cars couldn’t have a decent lunch. More

The wait was a little longer, but the waiting area is pleasant with drinks and snacks available after 2:00. Not to happy that my 3 1/2 year old ‘luxury’ vehicle had a broken handle from normal opening by a 6 year old. They told me that I would need to pay $450 and offered no discount until I started to complain a a broken handle from normal opening by a 6 year old. They told me that I would need to pay $450 and offered no discount until I started to complain about how much I paid for the car and I have owned a number of vehicles and never had a door handle break. They eventually called me back to tell me that they would cover the part but I would have to cover the labor. For the amount of money I paid for this vehicle I believe the full cost should have been covered under manufacturing defect. Last Lexus I will purchase. More
