My first visit cost over $30 MORE than I was told online bc they added a tire balance I didn’t ask for. This visit the online prices for an oil change and tire rotation were incorrect according to the service rep. I’m glad I had written them down. The service rep took a pic of the online prices to the manager. They matched the online prices, but why/how could it be so wrong??! Also for my first visit I just needed a tire rotation and the cost online was about $63 …then this visit the online price was about $36 for a tire rotation, yet the rep said it’s usually just over $40. Why would it be $63 one time and $40 the next??!!! A tire rotation should cost the same whenever you get one…15,000 miles or 20,000! These examples are exactly what give dealership service departments a very bad name! I just wonder what it’ll be next time! I gotta keep on my toes! i don’t like to have to do that!! More
