Joy Daunhauer was our Sales Rep and I have absolutely nothing but positive to say about her. In my past experiences many car sales reps tend to brush off any female that comes on the lot by themselves, but not Ms. Daunhauer. She took her time and answered all my questions, I could definitely tell she was very knowledgeable on of the makes of cars on the lot. She was friendly and made a really stressful thing like buying a car, a very pleasant experience. As far as the car goes lets just say there have been arguments on who gets to drive it ! As a person who thought they were a German sports car customer, I must admit that my new little Lexus has stolen my heart ! More
