When I explained the hicups I had (three) in making my appointment he gave me his cell number and told me to call him directly in the future to bypass the outsourced scheduling company they use. The car wash is always free so one should not complain but it was not well done. More

In my past experiences many car sales reps tend to brush off any female that comes on the lot by themselves, but not Ms. Daunhauer. She took her time and answered all my questions, I could definitely tell she was very knowledgeable on of the makes of cars on the lot. She was friendly and made a really stressful thing like buying a car, a very pleasant experience. As far as the car goes lets just say there have been arguments on who gets to drive it !
