Then a friend told me "You need to go to Lexus of Kendall and only speak with Shakil Rehman". I begged my friend to come with me but she couldn't so I ventured to go and try again.. l got there and took a deep breath walked in and asked for Mr. Shakil Rehman. He was walking in as I mentioned his name and the first thing he said was... I am Shakil, Ill be happy to let you walk around the showroom and when you are ready, I'll be here. Meanwhile, can I get you a bottle of water or soda?" I thought to myself, so far so good, he's giving me space!!! Five minutes later, I found the car I wanted right in the showroom, as he walked towards me with a bottle of water I said this is what I would like to get, after that, he was very knowledgeable, patient and professionalism... I was SOLD on him and the car!!!! I felt at ease, he was very easy to talk to and he sure knew his product.
