That you would be welcomed and cared for, whenever, wherever, however.” Since May 20 I have taken my car to the dealership 4 times to fix several issues supposedly related to the key fob; in fact, one time they kept the car for five days and still did not repair the issues. The service manager, Luis Rivera, told me on June 28 they would be having a field technology expert come in to the remedy the issues. I have reached out to Luis 3 times since he told me that and still do not have a date to bring in the car. This kind of treatment certainly does not reflect the quoted commercial. WARNING. I scheduled an appointment to view a car. Lexus of Kendall contacted me 2x in advance to confirm my appt over phone/text (which I confirmed). After I drove 45 minutes to the dealership, neither the salesperson who was promised to greet me, nor the car I was promised to view, were available. No one had any clue who I was. After many minutes of waiting, I was informed the car was given as a loaner vehicle for the day. Very unprofessional. No courtesy. I took 1/2 a vacation day from my job and got nothing. No advance warning. I grew up in a family of car dealers and this dealership is either dishonest, incompetent, or both. Now I get why people buy cars online today. More
