Between Scott (Sales), Danielle (Manager), Don (GM), and Val (Detailer), I feel my entire experience with Lexus of Las Vegas was fantastic all around. I flew in from San Diego and they took care of me from Val (Detailer), I feel my entire experience with Lexus of Las Vegas was fantastic all around. I flew in from San Diego and they took care of me from the airport all the way to letting me tape up my 2024 LC500 coupe on the side of the dealership for the drive back to San Diego. Did all paperwork(for the most part) remotely, so there was minimal to do in the dealership. Scott shot me a message later in the evening to ensure that everything went well on the drive home. If they have another special interest model in inventory in the future, I will instantly buy again from them. More
