Salesman was outstanding, finance department a complete scam, was quoted a rate of 3.99 apr when I ordered my SUV in March and only given my monthly payment schedule when I was picking up the vehicle April scam, was quoted a rate of 3.99 apr when I ordered my SUV in March and only given my monthly payment schedule when I was picking up the vehicle April the 11th. When I pressed this person what the rate was she admitted it was 6.59. She stated the 3.99 rate was only good for March, (even tho I paid a deposit and ordered in March) and when further questioned admitted Toyota finance currently offers a 4.99 rate, but she chose to try to sneak in the much higher rate through a local bank even though I have a good credit rating. Furthermore this lady tried to push me into extra "door ding" protection, "wheel damage" and other things I had already declined when I was dealing with the salesman. Ultimately I refused to deal with this dishonest person and finished my transaction with the general manager . Buyer beware if planning on financing your purchase through this dealership, do your homework and do the math before signing anything. More
