We didn’t start well but we finished GREAT! I had gone in for service on my Certified Vehicle but because it wasn’t in the “computer” I was told it’s not legit and not honored. Rather than ca I had gone in for service on my Certified Vehicle but because it wasn’t in the “computer” I was told it’s not legit and not honored. Rather than call Lexus Covington and get it straight with them since I purchased it there - I was totally left to fend for myself. I did. I called Covington Lexus and straightened it out, gave the name of the employee there for verification but that still wasn’t good enough. My bill is $100. I insisted that they look back at the computer and confirm and ultimately it was finally addressed and proven Certified and my bill was waived. This was not a good first experience at Lexus Louisville. I basically felt like the service rep would rather consider me a liar rather than simply picking up the phone call and making a call to Covington Lexus as should’ve been done in the first place. More
