I bought a used IS 300 2019 from another out of state dealer and needed a recall done and they were very professional and friendly in setting up the spot and doing the work and because it was new car to dealer and needed a recall done and they were very professional and friendly in setting up the spot and doing the work and because it was new car to me I needed help understanding all the new functions and again they were very helpful.
