Both my husband and I own Lexus vehicles. We feel very fortunate to be able to have Joe Brooks as our service manager. He takes time to schedule our appointments, make sure we have a car to drive while o fortunate to be able to have Joe Brooks as our service manager. I have always had great experiences at this dealership. Their reliable service has made my husband and me Lexus customers for life. While I have worked with other reps, I usually deal with Joe Brooks whe Their reliable service has made my husband and me Lexus customers for life. While I have worked with other reps, I usually deal with Joe Brooks when taking my GS or my husband's LX in for service. He goes out of his way to accommodate us. My husband's Lexus has over 300,000 miles on it and it drives like new. My 1999 GS just had its 120,000 service and I hope to drive it for many years to come, even though I have my eye on an RX for the future! More
I was able to make an appointment online to have my lexus serviced but did not make transportation arrangements. When I got to the dealership the issue was a water pump. When I dropped off and picked up my car everyone is helpful making sure I had all my questions answered and was able to get back to work quickly. More
