After I posted my bad review, a manager contacted me and apologized, promising to send someone to get my vehicle the next day and to perform the alignment at no cost. They did all that, and even washed the car before returning it. Any business can have an off day or an off moment. The real test of the quality of a business is what it does after it has made a mistake. Bergstrom Lexus of Madison measured up in all respects. I appreciate that there are still places that care deeply about customer service and that act on that caring. In our world it is easy to share criticism. But it is always delightful to be able to share compliments that are richly deserved.
