I'd go in for an oil change and get 3 followup emails and 2 phone calls. They've improved greatly since that time. Josh was great to work with. The emphasis was all on what I needed, not what they'd been told to sell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service center. More

10 Yr. Old car still purrs. Had my car towed in (leaking Transmission Fluid), Laurie was flexible since I was late and she took care of me between other customers. Reported back Had my car towed in (leaking Transmission Fluid), Laurie was flexible since I was late and she took care of me between other customers. Reported back to me when the tech had a chance to look at it with the estimate. She then was able to shave a little off that estimate. Loaner car was nice. More

Lexus Initially I came in to "just look" what was available in a certified car. Britney asked some questions pertaining to my needs and came up with five Initially I came in to "just look" what was available in a certified car. Britney asked some questions pertaining to my needs and came up with five vehicles to check out. We went for a test drive, and she was very knowledgeable on all the features of the car and took time to go over them. Then we discussed price and Jeff became involved and he was very straight forward, which I appreciated very much. He was very courteous and we came to an agreement. There was no "haggling" or phone calls taking money off as has happened to me with other salespeople. They made it a fun! We worked with Judith when my husband & I picked up the car & she expedited the paperwork, handed us over to Joe in finance, who was efficient in getting the i's dotted and t's crossed. Judith came back, went over the car and I couldn't stop smiling! I smile everytime I get in my new (to me) RX350! Thank you all for such a pleasant experience. Oh, the reason I mentioned Nigel, I had forgotten the carfax report & called and though he had nothing to do with the sale he took the time to send me the report in a timely manner. To me that is a good sign of team spirit. More
Great Service Adviser and Service Team I came in to have my navigation system looked at. I met with and discussed my issues with the NE Representative, Rick.
