All was excellent, but.. I spoke with Jeff Cate on Tuesday about buying a specific certified Lexus with low mileage. I told him that I would pick it up on Saturday. On Frida I spoke with Jeff Cate on Tuesday about buying a specific certified Lexus with low mileage. I told him that I would pick it up on Saturday. On Friday, the finance manager confirmed that I was coming. When I arrived on Saturday, the car had been sold. I drove 3 and 1/2 hours to find this out. It was definitely a rocky start. It took me 5 and 1/2 hours to leave with my new car. During that time, another sales person had someone test drive the car that I thought I was buying. Difficult day! However, Chris Barros was great and I got through it. Not quite the experience I had anticipated or had experienced in the past. So, hats of to Chris and I am still wondering about Jeff. Jeff is probably not the person I would want to deal with again. More
