Purchased used RX350. Overall dealings with this sales person were unpleasant. Did not do work on the car that was promised. At the pick up car still had chips and scratches that were supposed to be paint person were unpleasant. Did not do work on the car that was promised. Last week, I dropped my vehicle off for service before going to the office and was pleasantly suprised at the level of attention a car dealership was able to give me. They never do what they said would do once the car is sold, which is expected though. 3. Price Well it's expensive. Maybe it is because it's in manhattan. I got service from here for warranty, but still it tends to be expensive than other dealers in the city. My advice is just go somewhere else no matter what. More
