Took my vehicle in for the second time because they did not correctly fix my car the first time. The previous visit I had to wait almost an entire month the get my car back. The service manager I dealt with was really bad. I was at the point where I was going to sell my Lexus to avoid this bad service. Nothing positive to say about this dealer. I live in NY and I found them rude beyond belief. Trying to get an appointment for "emergency service" - I was told I would have to wait a week...needless to say and I found them rude beyond belief. Trying to get an appointment for "emergency service" - I was told I would have to wait a week...needless to say I went to another Lexus dealer who told me to "come in right away". I would bring my car in for two things and they would always forget to do one of them. Avoid if possible More
