Maplewood is an fantastic dealership. I will never go back to Lexus of Wayzata again. The sales manager at Wayzata (Stacey) has a huge ego problem is condescending, disrespectful, does no I will never go back to Lexus of Wayzata again. The sales manager at Wayzata (Stacey) has a huge ego problem is condescending, disrespectful, does not listen, likes to argue and does not represent the Lexus brand in a good way. He needs to go. Please make the GM aware of this. My salesperson Jonathan Rodriguez at Maplewood was so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable.He is a good communicator and easy to work with. He deserves 5 stars and a raise! The Sales manager Mike Farrell was kind, considerate and easy to work with. I give him 5 stars. He deserves a raise also. Jakob Johnson the delivery coordinator was patient, kind and knowledgeable. There is a lot to learn and he was great! Give him a raise too! 5 Stars. The dealership and especially our sales consultant Andy, did an excellent job of providing us the information necessary to help us make a good buying decision. Which by the way was one of my best. We are currently in the middle of a week long drive out east. We’ve put almost 2000 miles on and enjoyed every mile. The car is absolutely wonderful. One of the most comfortable driving and riding cars I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had them all. MB BMW Volvo Saab Cadillac Lincoln plus many others. This Lexus overall beats every one.
