We did a lease buyout for a 2020 Lexus RX 350, The entire process was extremely frustrating. Despite being long term customers (leased 6 vehicles over the past 9 years), we were treated as strangers. Most disappointing is the lack of responsiveness to our calls leading up to the purchase date. After an initial contact with a representative in the finance department to set up the purchase date, my attempts to contact this person (more than 6 calls, with voice message left) were fruitless. When I finally contacted a manager in finance, I was told that I needed to be working with a sales person on the lease buyout, not a finance person. This was surprising as no one advised us regarding the process. When we arrived at the dealership for the purchase, we were greeted as strangers, having to explain what we were trying to do. At no time, including after completing the purchase, did anyone apologize for the lack of communication or thank us for our business. More

Sales process very good. Finance process was poor—felt slimy . We were upfront that we did not want any added service coverage and the finance person said he’d be fired if Finance process was poor—felt slimy .
