Ali, the sales/service advisor was great. However, the attendant who was on duty when I returned the loaner to pick up my car give me the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Lexu However, the attendant who was on duty when I returned the loaner to pick up my car give me the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Lexus. As usual, customers would wait in the vehicle & an attendant would approach. When I arrived he was attending to others & saw me, so I waited. When he was done, he went back to the desk & just stood there. I got out of the car to ask if he was waiting for someone else to attend to me, and he said "no, just leave the key in the car & go to your service advisor. They'll help you." Got in, Ali was busy with another customer but acknowledged me & asked her colleague to attend to me since she was busy. Both of them were excellent & I was out in no time. More
