The service department is not great. Something is always wrong or not done properly when required maintenance is completed. Mike is great and provide excellent customer service. Somehow my appointment was lost when I arrived today and wasn’t on the schedule. I got in as a walk in which worked out fine, but I have to drive 175 miles to get to the dealership and would appreciate it i wasn’t on the schedule. I made the appointment 3 weeks before my appointment date and all was confirmed and set up with your appointment person. Somehow my appointment was gone or deleted. Otherwise any of the work done on my vehicle or the people I dealt with during the service was fine. Everyone was very professional in their jobs. But, you may want to consider looking into the scheduling process and consider calling the customer a couple days previous to verify the appointment. Thank You, Dennis Jorud More
