Second car purchased here. Will stop here first for all future needs. They took the time to understand me and what I might be interested in. A month later they called, I went in, and really liked what they selected. They really worked with me after that to get to a price I was happy with on both my trade in and the new vehicle. Great experience all around - no pressure, no bs, no typical sales tactics! More

I was purchased a used car within a day with confidence that Maplewood Lexus dealer would checked over the car before putting on sale but I am so disappointed by not being honest or telling about anything that Maplewood Lexus dealer would checked over the car before putting on sale but I am so disappointed by not being honest or telling about anything what wrong with the care. Just after over a week I have realized that the heater in the wasn’t worked. Then 2 weeks later the radiator broken and I called but they’re said that sell as it nothing they can do about it. I’m trusting the big name dealer would be some dealers that you can be confident purchasing used cars but I was wrong now I have to pay over $500 to fix it just bought less more than a month. I’m not sure how they could be the big dealership could do better job selling a used cars. :((( More

The service crew is wonderful, however, they tend to spring up surprise service recommendations. Went for a regular oil change service and they informed me that by brakes needed to be replaced - yet i spring up surprise service recommendations.
