Very poor quality of customer service, Is destroying Lexus This is my 3erd car bought from this dealership. I bought it from the sales person Slater who was great and no longer works there. My experience with service people specially Tom have been far short of my expectation with Lexus brand. I took the car for simple tire change and did not receive any update. I called 10 times and left 4 messages. Nobody got back to me ! I was Tom is my service adviser. He never answered my phone calls or messages. He finally answered and was very rude . he states angrily " I am swamped and can not update you on the car"! . I told him that the car has been there for 24 hours and nobody has updated me about it. He said angrily again that " I don not have any update " and hung up. I was shocked so much so that I believe many of these good reviews have been written by themselves. I called Lexus customer service and complained, Still nobody has called me about the car for more than 28 hours. I gotta say though , Tim who originally took the car was a gentleman and very appropriate. More

Great Service by a person I can't remember. I had awesome servicing by someone here and he did a great job with everything. The problem was determined pretty quick and his service was stellar, calling, emailing and texting was on point to make sure we knew what was going on. He even recommended other options so we could decided what we wanted to do. This guy's service was A+, I would highly recommend him only if you knew who he was right? He was well dressed and went down on his knees to look under the car as much as he could, he stated we had a Y-pipe issue most likely. After running the test that was indeed the reason why the car was so loud and running poorly. There were a few minor things but the main problem was found. I believe we had our Lexus serviced 1-2 years ago and for some reason when I called and used the chat system, nobody had records of who helped us. That just didn't sit well with me, I just wanted to give credit to the person who actually put in all the effort to make sure we were taken care of. This is the reason why I am rating my review into a 3 Star and I started out wanting to give my service guy a 5 Star. More

After some consumer car research, a Lexus SUV sounded like a great choice for my wife's needs. Since I had previously experienced great vehicle maintenance service at Lexus of Maplewood with my ES 350, it was a logical place to search for the replacement. This is how we got introduced to Greg Carlini in used sales. Greg immediately established both a professional and personal connection with us as we discussed our immediate and long term car needs. During that first visit, Greg found several cars that met my wife's needs and then some. Several days later, my wife drive home with her beautiful RX 350. Several days later, Greg called as a followup to confirm that we were still happy with our choice. Which we were. Great customer service again. Because of the fabulous service with Greg, I referred several family members and work associates to connect with him on their car needs. Great comments about Greg from all involved. Now move the calendar forward a year and a half. While having certified vehicle service done on my wife's car, I spent a few minutes with Greg on various life updates and to kill time, I took time to walk around the used car lot. Low and behold, I found a replacement for my old ES 350. After some discussion with Greg and of course my wife, we became another proud owner of newer EX 350. This sales probably would not have happened without the great relationship we had with Greg over the last several years. More recently, my older son was in need of an immediate replacement for his car. I called Greg and he immediately checked the car inventory, nothing was available meeting my son's needs but Greg kept looking. Several days later Greg located several possibles. My son was eventually able to find a car to meet his needs. In summation, I have a high regards of Greg Carlini for his car salesmanship and his sincere interest in meeting his customers needs. I look forward in working with Greg to meet our future Lexus needs. More
