Unexpected repairs Was informed that I had a leaking radiator and frozen caliper, both which could lead to more serious issues if not addressed. Even though car is 10yrs old, I've not had any major mechanical problems and plan to keep it going to 250k. Dealership provided a new Lexus ES as a loaner car overnight. Only complaint is they didn't do or offer a car wash after spending va good chunk of change. More

Reliable and trustworthy it's hard to build trust with a dealership....the common perception is that a dealership will do everything possible to get your money. Lexus of Maple it's hard to build trust with a dealership....the common perception is that a dealership will do everything possible to get your money. Lexus of Maplewood is typically more expensive than a non-dealership mechanic shop.....but they have taken the trouble to earn my trust....hope they will continue to keep their customer service reliable, transparent, and consistent. More
