Nice 👍🏻! 5000 mile scheduled maintenance took approx. 1 1/2 hours. Longer than I expected. However, when I was informed they did a 50 point inspection and wash 5000 mile scheduled maintenance took approx. 1 1/2 hours. Longer than I expected. However, when I was informed they did a 50 point inspection and washed and vacuumed, I was ok with the delay! Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful! Would recommend this dealership for servicing a vehicle! More

Good dealer, bad first service impression Service advisor comes to meet me after dropping my car. He already had decided I had no leak issue, it was AC system. He asked what was going on but d Service advisor comes to meet me after dropping my car. He already had decided I had no leak issue, it was AC system. He asked what was going on but didn’t really listen and when I finished told me essentially he was sorr I made an unnecessary trip. I had to insist they look at my car. While doing the paperwork he is still condescending to which I comment he acts put out to look at my car. Description of issue location is wrong which told me he had not listened. I waited on the car. When tech confirmed an oil leak, service advisor’sattitude totally change for the positive. Unacceptable treatment, especially when I bought a Lexus for a better dealer experience. More
