Horrible Wanted to check why airbag light came. Said cost $150-200 only to check. Refused. Did oil changed service, etc. Called me and said car was done. Paid. Wanted to check why airbag light came. Said cost $150-200 only to check. Refused. Did oil changed service, etc. Called me and said car was done. Paid. Sat and waited extra 20mins and no one returned my keys or told me my car was back. I had to walk over and ask myself. I don’t believe i should pay for airbag to be diagnose, that should be on behalf of Lexus... If i was to get into accident and airbags did not deploy, i guess I lose and or put passengers in danger...? More

I love my Lexus NX, but it's difficult when the closest dealership is 30 minutes away. The only perk is at least they wash your car - especially nice in the winter. However, I was told today was 'too cold' for a car wash, even though all the gas station car washes I've seen are open. I was told I could certainly come back for a wash. Sorry - I already invested 2.5 hours for a simple tire rotation. Not going to invest another 1+ hours for a 'free' car wash. More
