Jamie Coates has been our primary Service Advisor for the last 2 years and she has provided excellent service advice. Her estimates of the cost and time of all services have been accurate with no surprises. In the case of the ES, extra work was required and she phoned to get my okay before having the mechanics perform the additional work. She has consistently provided a loaner when I have requested one. She is pleasant even at the end of the day which is an asset that anyone who has had to deal with customer relations can attest. She always makes sure the cars are washed and the interiors are clean when we pick up our cars and all of the paperwork is complete.
