We have gone to Lexus Milwaukee for years, previously Jack Saffro Lexus. When Napoleon Lexus took over the dealership, they lost all the mentality of excellent customer service, care and concern for the Jack Saffro Lexus. When Napoleon Lexus took over the dealership, they lost all the mentality of excellent customer service, care and concern for the customer. It seems there is not one person employed there that can be trusted. Of course, when it came to signing the papers for TWO 2021 leased RX350l SUV's, they could not have been nicer. Little did we know that we would get the run-around for over a month on an overpayment of over $700 that is owed and it seems "the check is in the mail" is the standard reply. I doubt that we will ever conduct business with them in the future! More
