Dmirty has been AWFUL to work from scheduling oil changes and now this debacle. He needs to be educated because he was wrong about not being able to order the parts off of the genuine Lexus parts web changes and now this debacle. I knew from the get go was bogus, since I was literally ordering off of THE Lexus website... I spoke with Bergstrom Lexus and they are happily putting my parts that I purchased off of parts.lexus.com on my vehicle, with zero questions or hesitation. My guess was because there was a discount on my parts that he didn’t want to lose his profit on :((( whomp whomp. Now you lost all my future business. Dmirty, has ruined my experience with Milwaukee of Lexus and unfortunately has lost my business with his ignorant lies. More
