Good location. Clean. Good service. Dealership bldg is good. Prices are a little high. Uber service is good. Carwash failed. They washed it but they did not wipe it Clean. Good service. I had a great experience today with service at Larry Miller Lexus. The service rep was so helpful as he described what I needed and then relayed that my brakes also needed attention. He also had a loane Miller Lexus. The service rep was so helpful as he described what I needed and then relayed that my brakes also needed attention. He also had a loaner car I could use so I didn’t need to remain at the dealership or find a ride home. I was so appreciative! More

Your welcoming nature is gone with taking away sandwiches and other food items. I was used to feeling special having a Lexus. Now it’s gone. It also feels understaffed in the service department. Mr Clyde was and other food items. I was used to feeling special having a Lexus. Now it’s gone. It also feels understaffed in the service department. Mr Clyde was wonderful and worked hos butt off but there were fewer folks in his position to take care of people.. It has change a lot with new ownership. If there were somewhere else to go I would. Others were talking about it in the waiting area too. Maybe I’ll buy a Toyota next time. More

They are ethical, have use of the best equipment, are trained to use them, and have easily saved me m opposite of what many think of car dealerships.
