After bringing my vehicle in for service, I had questions regarding the diagnosis and recommendations I received. I reached out with my concerns, and the General Manager personally took the time to listen, follow up, and ensure everything was thoroughly reviewed. He and of of the Service Director's walked me through the condition of my vehicle in detail, answered my questions with transparency, and made sure I fully understood everything in a way that made sense. What stood out most was how seriously my concerns were taken. I never felt dismissed, and I appreciated the professionalism, patience, and respect shown throughout the process. As someone who has previously felt intimidated in automotive settings, this experience reminded me how important clear communication and customer care truly are. Michael Comer, a technology specialist, went over the features of my ES 350 with me during my first maintenance visit. He spent more than an hour with me, and at the end I knew everything I needed to kno features of my ES 350 with me during my first maintenance visit. He spent more than an hour with me, and at the end I knew everything I needed to know about the functioning of the car. These days, everything is software intensive. It will be unfamiliar. However, if you make a small effort to learn on your own, questions will pop up. That's when Michael comes in handy. He's patient and excellent at explaining things. One tiny suggestion to Lexus: a quick-start guide would be very handy. I am sure Michael could write it! More

Michael patiently and completely explained the features of the Lexus NX 450h+ that perplexed us. We had found the user manual to be extremely wordy and difficult to follow. We now understand several of the car's features in an easy to remember and use fashion. Examples: Automatic parking. How to "park" the windshield wipers in the UP position (for snow and ice removal). The trade-off of using AUTO settings for EV/HV mode; climate control; and lighting compared with manual management. It was a patient and competent teacher. More
