The UX300h was exactly what I wanted and Sales Consultant, Martin Toledo greeted us and took us seamlessly through the test drive and the buying process. Then we worked with Justin Redmon, the Business Manager for the financing. I have to say that the entire process was enjoyable and I felt that I was working with friends instead of sales/finance people. Also, I must mention Vernon who patiently worked with us through the orientation of the Lexus app and the tech of our new car. I couldn't have imagined a more enjoyable experience and look forward to our new Lexus. More
