Service Department Rating Only: See update below. I called this location to inquire about an issue I was having with my vehicle. The receptionist who answered the phone transferred me to another dep I called this location to inquire about an issue I was having with my vehicle. The receptionist who answered the phone transferred me to another department that evidently just does the scheduling. I was then transferred to the service department. I got the voice mail of Jason Jenkins. I did leave a voice mail and did not receive a call back. Later the same day between 3 and 4 I was at a meeting near the dealer, so I did stop by. I had picked up some touch up paint that I ordered from the parts department. I want to emphasize the parts departments at this and their other location in Cool Springs is excellent. Service departments at both locations is another story. I was escorted to service and introduced to Jason Jenkins. He immediately remembered my voice mail. He raised his voice very loud and in a very condescending tone informed me he was planning on calling me back around 11 or 12 that night when he got around to it. He then asked what I wanted. At this point I had concerns about leaving my vehicle with either Lexus location for service because of what had just happened. Our last trip to Cool springs location the advisor was cold as ice and we witnessed the berating of a young lady that had her car in for service. She did not have enough money for new tires. I informed Mr. Jenkins that I would not be leaving my Lexus with them. I went to the car for a few minutes to gather my thoughts. I then went into sales and found a sales manager. He contacted the Service Manager and left him a message. I did receive a call from him, and he is supposed to be getting back in touch with me at a later date when we will be back in town. I do admit that this Lexus is an Awesome Automobile, but the only two service departments I have visited in Nashville are sub-par. We have owned several and still own a Toyota personally. We have been treated wonderfully at every Toyota dealership. We have visited dealerships in several states due to travel. Update: I still have not been contacted by Zac Miller. I did call and leave him a voicemail as requested in the reply. Ben from service did contact me and offer to get the vehicle in for repair. I will talk with him about repairing it upon my return to town if I decide to keep it. I still need to hear back from Zac or the actual GM. I do not want to own a vehicle where I feel I will be an imposition when I come in for repairs. I need a relationship of trust and respect. I do not currently have that with Lexus. It looks to me like these reply messages are generally just for appearances only. Update 2: I have secured a deal and have a deposit on a new Ridgeline. They will be delivering it and picking up my Lexus GX460 Luxury when I return. The Honda is not nearly as prestigious the Lexus, but we currently have an Odyssey, and the local service is excellent. Bobby Jones was our sales person. I am from bowling green Ky and found that Bobby played basketball at WKU in B G. Had many common friends.
