Joseph Chargois is a 1st class professional, he listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. He was attentive without being pushy, which I value!
My only complaint is that the dealership did not detail the inside of the car at all. I didn't notice since the car was inside when I was looking at it but when I got it home and in daylight...wow! It was obvious that the back window had not been touched since it was put in service, all screens/surfaced left a trail when I ran my finger over it....the leather had spots of something in various places. Somebody in the service dept that prepped the car for resale goofed, which is unusual and unexpected at a Lexus dealership! Yes, Joseph said they would clean her up but that would require a 250 mile round trip for me so I will just do it myself.
