worst service and sales my car is broke within two weeks I bought a car from over this location very recently - and now guess what my car is shop and have to $1,000 to fix it - sales rep and sales manager I bought a car from over this location very recently - and now guess what my car is shop and have to $1,000 to fix it - sales rep and sales manager both didn't care and very unprofessional this is a certified car that shouldn't break down within two week and expect me to pay for repair - i have done no damage to this car now my car is the shop - and no ones is contacting about this - beware of this dealer and what they tell you before you buy the car and after you buy it i have contact Lexus but i doubt they would anything - i hope someone that cares about this place contact me about my car - More

Joseph Met Joseph and within minutes felt very relaxed and comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and even when this lot did not have what I wanted, he never tried to move me to another color, car style or options. Just got on computer and found the car I want. That evening at 8:45 pm, Joseph called me and car had arrived and would be ready at 11:00am. When I arrived, Joseph was again focused on me and took me to the car, took photos of me and car. He then sit in car and patience overflowing, went through the car and features. Making sure I understood how and why items WORKED. Did not just rush through and send me on my way.
