They were not honored on Saturday before we could make a decision your Finance manager took the papers off the desk. We were willing to purchase the vehicle this week as well and had a conversation with you yesterday you did not seem to want to make things right and considering your attitude and tone I really would like to speak to someone else that is over you that will actually talk to me with the Lexus level customer service tone.

I have tried to reach out to the General manager and we have left so many messages but we have yet to hear back from him. Lexus on Nashville has all of our information and data they should be reaching out to us after this experience. Like I said no point of calling trying to get the General Manager on the line because he never responds.
