*Internet sale- Professional salesmanship & accommodating! I began my purchase process via Internet. On my first internet request, I was asked how I'd preferred to communicate. I requested to be contacted via I began my purchase process via Internet. On my first internet request, I was asked how I'd preferred to communicate. I requested to be contacted via text. I was very appreciative the internet sales department at Lexus of Nola, honored my request! The internet sales professionals, Davin and Shelli, also tagged teamed between them to keep the process rolling when the other was not available. Other dealerships did NOT honor my request. It was frustrating as I was not able to accept phone calls at the time, thus my request for text. Davin and Shelli with Lexus of Nola communicated with me via text through out the entire sales process. They are both professional as well as accommodating. Their sales professionalisms was by far one of the highest I've seen in a long time. They worked around my schedule, which was late evenings. I was late arriving to my appointments as I was driving into Nola from out of town. They always made me feel welcome, even when it may have disrupted their other commitments. I’ve been in sales for 35 years. I know it is not always a pleasant experience as not all internet request on genuine. I can’t tell you how often I run across people in sales that have no idea how a professional should conduct themselves. They concord; making me feel like I was their only concerned, when I knew that was not the case. It is my option, that is the #1 rule for a successful sales person. I speak from years experience in sales and I truly recognized a dedicated sales professional when I see one, in his case two! I'd also like to recognize the Finance Manager, Melanie Smith. My purchase was wrapping up on the last day of the month and it was pass closing time. I could tell Melanie was exhausted, as was I. With that being said, she still rolled out the red carpet. Melanie was not only professional, she was patient and did not rush over any details. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Lexus of Nola must send every staff member to a Professional/Courtesy class. Everyone from the sales team, service department, finance department, receptionist as well as the janitor, were ALL extremely professional, friendly and helpful in all aspect of my visits to this dealership. I would defiantly refer this dealership to anyone that is looking for a different kinda of buying experience from the norm. It was a wonderful and accommodating experience all around! More
