Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Why should I try the rest when I have found the best? They treat me better than family! Worst experience ever I have been a Lexus customer for the past 2 years my lease is almost up and I wanted to either get a new deal or return my car. The deal they worked o I have been a Lexus customer for the past 2 years my lease is almost up and I wanted to either get a new deal or return my car. The deal they worked out for me didn't not work and after and entire day at the dealer they refused to take my car back. I had already paid what was owed and they still refused to take the car back. Told me to come back the next day just to be turned away yet again. Albert from pre-owned was extremely rude and disrespectful never again will I step into this dealer. Stay away do not give your business to this poorly managed dealer. More
