Full detailed car cleaning It is unacceptable service at all. They charged me $171 for the full detailed car cleaning. They didn't wash carpet at all, there is still sand and dry leaves in the corners, dashboard is oily, everything is sticky . Horrible. 3 people were checking me in when I brought the car for the service and I got this terrible cleaning. I am in shock. Expire battery Poor excuse given as to why a battery can not be replaced while car is under extended warranty. Purchase a certified used 2015 Lexus IS 250 in Septemb Poor excuse given as to why a battery can not be replaced while car is under extended warranty. Purchase a certified used 2015 Lexus IS 250 in September of 2018 and now the battery has given out. Service representative ssys that only under factory warranty does dealership replace battery not extended. Car batteries only have a life of 2-3 years, so with that being said the battery should have been changed regardless if in running condition or not because it's a headache waiting to happen for the driver. This a setup for the dealership to make money by selling and overcharging for a battery and paying a ridiculous fee for labor More
