Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). He was patient and kind and every time was focused solely on our needs and not just a sale. We made an appt to come in with him and had to cancel because we came down with the flu. He was kind and empathetic and when we could come in and he was not in, he made every effort to help us and was focused solely on what was best for us. He was never pushy but delivered us facts and information on car availability very clearly. We have purchased over 20 cars in our lifetime for personal use and have never ever been treated at a dealership as kindly and respectfully as we were with Miguel. He is a true gentleman and is the ONLY reason we kept coming back to Lexus of NM. He connected us with Manny Vega who was also professional, kind, and helpful.
