I am a returning Lexus customer and recently leased a 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application t 2026 Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of North Miami. Unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. In March, I completed a credit application to secure agreed lease terms while the vehicle was in transit. When I came in to finalize the deal in April, the terms were changed, resulting in a higher cost than originally discussed. Additionally, I was told my license plate was inactive and had to purchase a new one for $175. After visiting the DMV, I confirmed the plate was actually active and transferable at the time, meaning this charge was unnecessary. I have attempted to contact the dealership to resolve these issues but have not received a response. I am posting this in hopes that management reviews this situation and reaches out to resolve it properly. More

Ana has been the best sales person I have met at this dealership, I have been here 3 times during 10 years and have never left with a car because of the pushiness and somewhat rudeness of some employees dealership, I have been here 3 times during 10 years and have never left with a car because of the pushiness and somewhat rudeness of some employees (particularly the head of sales managers, not very friendly nor interested in selling you a car, I almost left after speaking to him). if it wasn't for Anna and Roman (that even on the phone as he was off, took the time to explain things to me) I would have left with no car again and would have never come back as this for me was the third strike. I am a person that believes in loyalty and great service, not in draconian sales techniques thought with the same book to all car salespeople. I was so happy to meet Anna, she is straight forward, honest, took the time to show me 2 cars and test drive them, she found the one I wanted with all the specs I wanted. So for me she is the one that made the true experience a great one plus Danielle the Finance Manager that was also very friendly, very diligent, she gave me all the options and helped me choose the best one for me. They exceeded my expectations. More
