the perfect shopping experience I'm used to go to car dealerships in "Defense-Mode" because they always find a way to over charge me or just being over "commission oriented". Working with Yoni and Paris (or Paras) was just perfect. from the very beginning they give us a service that you expect to get when you are about to spend big much money (other dealerships seems to forgot that) We feel that Yoni and Paris did everything in their power to make us happy, even recommend us to spend less money ("You don't REALLY need this navigation system"). Paris was so helpful and kind but most of all - Patient! even that we change or mind multiple times and ask for multiple test drive with different cars, she was always helping with a big (real) smile on her face. Once we pick our cars Yoni was so honest with the offer that he gave us, un-like other car dealerships managers that hide their computer screen , he was showing us the screen and explaining us each and every number and fee. we feel that we got the best deal possible. This amazing service continue even after we left the dealership, we called Paris and Yoni with some question and actually ask to change one of the cars (yes, I know, we are very annoying) and even then the service was outstanding and they change the car (without and extra fees on our side) We left the dealer ship with 3 cars, and we will defiantly be back for our next cars Thank you Yoni and Paris!
