At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I generally try not to visit Lexus during the weekend because of the crowds, but I made an exception this last time. The overall experience was great, I met the sales rep, Fred right at the door.
