Mr. Bates assited us in the lease of a new RX350. Our purpose was to check out the new RX350 and possibly consider it as a new lease in August when our current lease was up. Although we had no intension to lease so soon Mr. Bates without any presure took his time to explain the RX350 featues as well as took us for a test drive. He put no presure on us but treated us as if we were there to buy. Because of the time (several hours) that he took with us in explaining in details the new RX350 as well as the ammenities of your dealer we felt comfortable with Mr.Bates and therfore looked into the possibility of an early trade on are leases. Josh, along with Use Car Manager Alfred gave us a deal that we felt was fair and after 5 years from our last Lexus we are very glad to be back in a new Lexus again. Our experience at Lexus of North Miami was truly pleasurable. I had been working with Mr. Wayne Sommer in hopes of finding a used Lexus for my wife and he was always ready to assist through emails pleasurable.
