At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). When you buy a car you have to think in the car you want, and also the service it comes with. With closed eyes I decided to give 5 stars in everything for this dealer because it simply was better than I was and also the service it comes with. The day when I bought my lexus, I went first to the jeep dealer ready to buy a Sahara, but the attention was very bad even I didn't have a glass of water or a cup of coffee after spenging hours with the seller looking the cars, asking for information with inaccurate answers and so on, so long... But casually I decided to stop at this fascinating dealer of lexus, were i just found not only a glass of water or a coffee but also all the excelent service of the lexus' club! The seller, Diego biedermann was very gentle, he properly answered my questions and gave me more information thus I could find the right car for me and my family!! Thank you very much, you are certainlly the best, the best car, the best service, and more! More
