I am taking the time to send this note and let you know about the experience I had purchasing a Pre-owned, Certified Lexus, IS250 from Lexus of North Miami. I would just like to give you a bit of history s about the experience I had purchasing a Pre-owned, Certified Lexus, IS250 from Lexus of North Miami. I would just like to give you a bit of history so you can understand why I am so thrilled with Harry Faitelson and the dealership. My husband was an Auto Salesman for many years and so I have never had to go to a dealership by myself to purchase a car. As a matter of fact, he always just brought the car home and so I felt like a fish out of water walking into the dealership to actually purchase a car on my own. Harry had helped me when I first purchased a 2007 Lexus IS and so I requested to see him again. I felt I needed the help of a gentleman and that is exactly what I received. He had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived. We spoke about the price and what I could afford. He kept calming me and reassuring me that we would work something out since this was the exact color, and auto that I wanted. He stayed with me, at my request, when I had to go to the finance office which is something I really was not comfortable with. When my husband was alive we always paid cash for the car. I was apprehensive about going in there, but as I said, he was with me the whole time. I did not think I was going to take the car home yesterday, but everyone that helped me was so wonderful. I drove home in my 2008 Lexus IS250, pearl white and was the happiest lady in the world. I would not think of buying any other car in any other dealership. You can be proud of these people that work so hard to make their customers happy. I believe I would have rated them 10 if the rating went that high. Thank you and I wish to thank them for the courtesy given to me. My husband passed away in 2004 so this was a very big step for me and I enjoyed every minute of it. The collision department is awful!!!!!! People are nice, but the quality is so bad. I bought a new car from them and had an accident months later. I went there for repair. They told me it would tak but the quality is so bad. I bought a new car from them and had an accident months later. I went there for repair. They told me it would take them 10 days to finish the job and the car will look like brand new. Then in 3 weeks they called me and said the car is ready to go. i went there. However, the job was not done. There were still scratches here and there.They did not even stick the little thing to the front shield window. They did not even wash my car, not even outside. I requested them to take care of the scratches. They told me i can pick it up the next day, but they called me at 5:30pm next day and asked to pick it up. I did not have time. then they told me to pick it up at 8:00am the next morning, which was a Saturday. i went there to pick it up the second time, but the job is not done yet. There were scratches. I requested them to do it again. They took it back and i was waiting. When it came back, still has it somewhere else. They took it back again. They took care of where I pointed out, but they did not wash my car at all. I took my car home. But i found scratches again between front bumper and the big light. Besides, the replaced two doors, the front one on passenger side, they did not stick the plastic thing to the window. the back door inside, they did not stick the plastic thing to the window. If you dont pay attention, you wont find it. How i found it was when I was driving, i can hear the wind sound inside my car, which was because they did not stick the window with the plastic thing.
