I’ve been a long standing customer and on this last visit didn’t feel as if I got treated the way I should. My vehicle was serviced and after a week of having the loaner I called and asked for an update, spo didn’t feel as if I got treated the way I should. My question was how is it possible that there was no additional follow up from the advisor if I dint respond, there should’ve been better communication. More

I keep visiting Lexus of Northborough for regular service and Mike Olson is my service rep who does a great job. I think I'm due for a new car soon and should visit them again...
