I purchased my IS 250 few days ago and it was a great experience. Eugene Oppong was my sales consultant and he took care of everything that I need before and after I bought my car. In for 5k service in our RX 350. Minor issue with passenger door molding. Replaced under warranty without hesitation. Provided loaner vehicle so I could run errands while being serviced.

"Create service department "

As usual my last service at Lexus Northborough was quick and efficient. They even threw in free wiper replacement. Relaxing waiting area and nice experience looking at the new cars in the showroom. Only thing I’d suggest is to bring back the newspapers in the waiting area.

"New tires"

- IS300

Had 4 new tires and alignment done. Had gotten price quote a few weeks earlier and done some research. Ended up using the dealership as the tires for my IS300 are expensive and not easy to come by. Disappointed that I had to spend so much money with just 9 months left on my lease, but need to get through the Winter. Michael Olsen is nice to work with.

"Reliable but not inexpensive"

Went to the dealership yesterday morning for an inspection sticker. I was greeted upon arrival in a courteous manner. Inspections are done on a first come, first served basis only. The work was done in a reasonable time. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the cost of replacing the windshield wiper inserts. In my estimation the cost was 2X or more than it should have reasonably cost.

"Efficient; professional; fair; thorough"

I feel that when I bring my car to Lexus of Norrhborough for service, they always do a great job in not only performing the service needed, but in going through my car to make sure it is in great shape. I trust them as they only recommend further services that are absolutely necessary and they always apply coupons and/ or discounts without being asked. I look forward to my next Kexus purchase in the future.
