Eugene was conscientious and friendly as he explained the car to us and showed us the features. Everyone was courteous and they were very patient with us as I had to bring our baby. Eugene even carried the b car to us and showed us the features. Everyone was courteous and they were very patient with us as I had to bring our baby. Eugene even carried the baby car seat even when he didn’t need to. Noah, the general sales manager, came out at the end and introduced himself so it was nice to meet everyone. Kevin was also pleasant to deal with and very patient with our squirmy baby. I will mention that although we had put down a $500 deposit a month in advance to reserve the car, I was the one who had to contact them to see if the car came in so I would ding the dealership half a star for that (but that rating can’t be done) . And they almost didn’t put the deposit towards the final numbers for the car; we had to remind them. More

I dropped my Lexus off for an oil change and a recall on the file pump. nobody was ready to check me in but others came after me were checked in right away I was told I had to wait for Mike. I received a text saying my car was done so I drove back to the dealership. I paid for the oil change. The. I had to wait over 12 minutes for someone to bring me my car. I was told they forgot to wash it. Again I saw other people come in and immediately get their vehicle. I will be going to another lexusdealer for future service and or sales. It wasn’t a big inconvenience but I do t want to deal with that again. More
