Great atmosphere, professional and great sense of humors! They work so hard with you to get you exactly what youre looking for. Had a great experience with the General Manger, Anthony Carlino. He did and went above and beyond to making my purchase as smooth as possible. Along with Anthony, Michael MacDonald was a wonderful sales consultant. When finalizing my purchase, Christopher Campos did everything possible to have all of my paperwork in order for me to make it all go smoothly. Everyone there is very welcoming, especially the receptionist desk. Im immensely greatful for everyones help and patience. The finance process was more cumbersome and had some challenges because of the dealership being unaware of incentives that I had to bring to their attention. I would work with Lexus of Northborough again for car purchases, but would prefer to secure financing elsewhere as a result of my experience. More
