Unbelievable Experience I've NEVER been in a car dealership that I actually enjoyed the experience. My husband and I went to all different types of dealerships and told them I've NEVER been in a car dealership that I actually enjoyed the experience. My husband and I went to all different types of dealerships and told them we were just there to look and feel. We originally met with Darryl who was a wealth of knowledge regarding their products, and the Manager Chuck Hadad. We test drove a 2016 RX350. We then asked about the difference in price of the 2017. We totally fell in love with one, the outside and inside colors and the premium package. We left knowing a lot about a car we were unfamiliar with. We were never hounded. We called and gave Darryl a deposit just to hold till we could get back there. Make a long story short....We bought it! No fuss no muss. Every person we dealt with was unbelievable! When picking up the car we were with Joe D'Ambra who went over every inch of the car with us. Another test drive, hooked up my cell phone, had them put auto start on the fob, etc. You name it, he did it! David Camirand took care of all the finance end and explained everything you need to know for maintenance. An unbelievable experience and superb in every which way in product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and above all respect for the consumer. We felt leaving we made a lot of new friends! More

Fabulous buying experience I started my vehicle search online and spoke with Andrew Wheeler, Internet Sales Manager. Andrew was more than helpful; he listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and then suggested several vehicles. Andrew communicated with me various times throughout the weeks I searched for a car, informing me of various deals. Never once did I feel pressured into buying or leasing from Lexus of Northborough. In fact, Andrew suggested I look around and see if a better deal was out there. When I visited Lexus of Northborough, I was greeted very pleasantly by front desk staff. I met with Andrew who introduced me to Joe D’Ambra, Certified Sales Consultant. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about the IS 300 that we took for a test drive. He explained all the features, inside and out and answered all of my questions. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Joe helped expedite the paperwork and before I knew it I was sitting with the Financial Services Director, Kevin McCale. Kevin made the actual purchasing process quick and painless. And just like that I was the proud owner of a new vehicle! When I returned to pick the car up the next day, again I couldn’t have asked for better service. Andrew and Joe both were there to answer my last minute questions. Joe brought me out to the car to show me more interior features and set me up with access to my phone, music and to the Lexus remote app. Even though this required several phone calls, Joe was patient and stayed with me until the set up process was complete. I cannot say enough good things about the staff of Lexus of Northborough. From all areas – front desk to financial to sales – Andrew, Joe, and Kevin made my buying experience a pleasant and quick one. 2015 Lexus NX 200t Used (Sold by Val) I had a wonderful experience working with Lexus of Northborough. I started the car search back in September of 2016 but did not buy what I really want I had a wonderful experience working with Lexus of Northborough. I started the car search back in September of 2016 but did not buy what I really wanted until late December 2016. I was picky, and I didn't wan't to just jump right into something until I was completely sure. My salesman was Val through this entire process, he was very patient with me during my car search days, was always available when I needed him to look into a car for me, and is extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in at Lexus. I finally found the one I wanted to buy and he was there to help every step of the way. He brought me through the sales process thoroughly and made sure I was OK with everything that was going to happen. Once I owned the car, he reviewed all the different car specifications and made sure I understood each one and how they worked, he also reviewed the warranty/servicing policies I have in place at the dealership for the next few years. Val has continued to be extremely helpful and is always available when I have a question about the car. He has gone above and beyond basic customer service by answering my text messages at all hours of the day, whether it's regarding how something works with the navigation or what type of gas/driving mode is best for the car. If it wasn't for him and his great customer service from day one of walking into the dealership, I don't know if I would have ended up staying with this dealership. Lexus of Northborough is lucky to have him! One last note about the car I purchased - I LOVE IT! This dealership has great used cars that are well-kept and decently priced compared to other dealerships throughout MA. More
