He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the purchase but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on Friday night as they were closing up for the night. Since it was after closing on Friday, he worked with us till we were totally satisfied. My wife and I will recommend William to anyone we know wanting to buy a car and we will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. Awesome experience, excellent people to work with. Kudos!!!! More

I mean he really took care of me and got me a decent amount for my trade and made sure what I asked for was done before picking up my 2013 RX350 all in a matter of 1 day .. Always Excellent Service and Sales My experiences over the past 6 years with the Lexus of Northborough Service Team have always been highly positive, but last week they outdid themselve My experiences over the past 6 years with the Lexus of Northborough Service Team have always been highly positive, but last week they outdid themselves. Late Friday afternoon I stopped by to ask if anything could be done about the deep scratch someone had put in my 2-week-old 2016 NX 200t. I fully expected to make an appointment for the following week, but despite being very busy, Service Advisor Jerry Flynn whisked my car into the shop where the mechanics worked miracles on that ugly scratch. Once again their professionalism and customer service exceeded my highest expectations. I'd also enthusiastically recommend Salesman Darryl Newman who is always cheerful, helpful and actually makes the purchase process a pleasure. More
"Above and Beyond" I brought my car in for service at 6:30 pm on Monday February 15. Jerry Flynn was my advisor. He had a mechanic check my car and discovered it would take more than an hour and a half. He offered me a loaner and said since Tuesday was his day off, another advisor would be in touch with me. On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Jerry telling me my car was ready. When I asked if it wasn't his day off, he replied, "Yes, but I wanted to follow through on your service." In this day and age, this is highly unusual. You are indeed fortunate to have Jerry Flynn as the voice of Lexus service. Kudos to both. More
